Elaine Cartier is an expert in Digital Transformation, having conducted multiple transformations during her time at a number of companies including Ciena, CDW, and more. She currently runs Digital Transformation at Ciena. Elaine is currently involved in a complete Supply Chain and Digital Twinning project, and has previously successfully managed projects on both Front End - Customer facing processes and also back-end processes. At CDW, for example, she and her team created the original website and customer experience when they first emerged with their website and online/tele-sales experience.
