In this special two day event, we combine our One Day Summit with an optional workshop on the second day on Cloud First.

Day One: In this summit, we'll be exploring how area CIOs, Innovation & Digital Executives are implementing key strategies to drive both immediate growth, digital transformation and scale. Day One is our regular summit agenda.

Day Two: Optional: “Cloud First” workshop. Although Digital Transformation has many moving parts, for most companies moving to the Cloud, including a hybrid, multicloud experience will be the foundation of a Digital platform. In this special one day workshop, you’ll be able to learn from your peers how they moved to a Cloud First environment, plus learn from industry experts on the key strategies for success.

Subtopics include:

Summit Day One:

  1. The New Technology Stack:What are the building blocks that need to be in place to allow for growth and scale?

  2. Strategy: Redesigning Business Architecture, Technology Delivery Models and Responsive Development to drive Innovation, Growth and Scale

  3. Aligning Data Strategies to Drive Digital Transformation: How companies are adapting their data strategies and initiatives to support their company’s digital transformation strategy.

  4. Leadership: Partnering with the CEO and other executives to drive both disruptive and incremental change

Optional Workshop Day Two:

Moving to A Cloud First Environment - learn from CIOs and Industry experts the strategies, case studies and lessons learned to moving to a Cloud First environment as a foundation for a Digital Transformation.
