    John has been responsible for managing PSC's Chicago area operations since 2008. John has extensive experience in leading consulting organizations and providing solutions to clients. John first became involved with collaboration technologies as he created the first use of Lotus Notes at Bank of America. He then moved to Xpedior, Inc, where, as the Global Practice Leader - Enterprise Portals and Knowledge Management, he worked closely with senior executives to provide strategic guidance on e-Business, Enterprise Portal / Knowledge Management and many initiatives.Since joining PSC in 2004, John led the Enterprise Applications and the Advisory Services practices before taking on his current role of Vice President of Operations. As a Partner of the PSC, John oversees all aspects of our Chicago operation. He has been extensively involved in the creation of our Five Points of Excellence program and has helped lead the organization through a phase of steady and consistent growth.

She is an innovative Global Chief Information Officer with demonstrated success creating and executing technology strategies catalyzed with business strategy to transform organizations. 


    Mohan Shukla , VP, IT Governance , Information Resources, Inc.

    Mohan M. Shukla, PMP is Vice President, ITO Governance for Information Resources Inc., which provides analytics and BI solutions to the world's leading CPG, retail and healthcare companies. He leads transformation and change initiatives for IT services serving global customers, partners and internal users. His approach to coping with fast-paced technology changes while implementing a global sourcing model integrating diverse business and financial interests is based on 360-degree engagement which includes all stakeholders. Previously he led change initiatives at 3Com and Navistar International in the areas of technology processes, quality and leadership. He is a certified Six Sigma Champion, ITIL and Leadership Coach. He also leads workshops and seminars in leadership techniques and engagement strategies. Mohan is also the author of the book Transformation through Yogic Consciousness.

    Sean Fallon joined CNO in 2012 and currently serves as Vice President of Application Delivery for the Front Office. He supports technology delivery for Bankers Life, Colonial Penn and Washington National, including compensation, CRM, eApp, Recruiting, and License / Appointment. He also supports CNO’s Enterprise Marketing and product development programs. Fallon has over 25 years of IT experience. Prior to joining CNO, he held various IT leadership roles at Northwestern Mutual, Northern Trust, Millennium Partners, CUNA Mutual Group, and Lincoln Financial. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Services, Finance and Management, and a Masters of Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Fallon is also a Fellow, Life Office Management Association (LOMA).

Session V: How to Move to an IT Infrastructure that Enables Innovation

    Aaron Shaver, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, US Signal Company

    Aaron Shaver, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leads US Signal’s long-term technology vision, and is responsible for strategic customer partnerships, university collaboration, industry thought leadership and advanced technical solutions.
    Prior to joining US Signal, Aaron served as the Executive Director of Information Management for Spectrum Pennock Health Services. He has also lead research and development for US Signal, establishing the MPLS, Carrier Ethernet and Cloud practices.  Aaron has a 20-year background in telecommunications, data center design and information security.
    Aaron holds a doctorate in information assurance and computer science and a Master of Science in Information Security.  His research focused on enterprise disaster recovery and mitigation.​
