Todd Kimble, Executive Partner, Gartner Executive Programs

Todd Kimble is an Executive Partner with Gartner Executive Programs supporting CIO and executive clients across a wide variety of enterprise customers. His primary areas of focus include strategic planning, technology innovation, enterprise application development, and the formation of efficient and high-performing IT organizations. Most recently, Mr. Kimble was the global CIO for Ryan Specialty Group, a specialty insurance broker with offices across the U.S. and Europe. Before Ryan, he was the CIO for the largest division within Arthur J. Gallagher, a Fortune 1000 insurance broker. In both these positions, Mr. Kimble led efforts to transform the information technology groups, streamlining and improving the performance of the support and infrastructure teams and building out efficient systems development, deployment and support capabilities. As part of these efforts, Mr. Kimble delivered enterprise document management, customer relationship management, business intelligence, enterprise wide knowledge management, automated workflow, desktop management, enterprise backup, and enterprise disaster recovery capabilities.

Neil Goodrich, CIO, M. Holland Company

As the technology leader at the M. Holland Company, Neil is responsible for not only setting the IT strategy but driving change within the organization. His multi-disciplinary background includes previous lives in accounting, project management, and investigation while his recent work has focused on building IT teams around cultures of creativity. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and later returned there to earn his Masters in Business Administration.

 

Trae A. Howell, Executive Director, Trustmark

Trae A. Howell received his undergraduate in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University and MBA from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University. He is a proud veteran with over 20 years' experience in IT. Trae has been a leader in IT in several industries including retail, consulting and insurance.He has worked with market leading companies in each of these industries including Sears, Computer Sciences Corporation and CNA.Most recently, Trae has led the delivery of several significant solutions at Trustmark insurance to support Voice of the Customer (VOC), digital experience and product enhancements and capabilities. These strategic solutions have enabled continued business and customer value creation.

 

 

Jim Krueger, Chief Information Officer, Hydrite Chemical

Hydrite is a midsized chemical manufacturer and distributor with ten locations in the upper Midwest and California. Jim is responsible for developing and implementing Hydrite’s IT strategic plan that is tightly aligned with the business strategy. He is the driving force for Hydrite’s quest to become a digital business. Jim has been Hydrite’s CIO for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Hydrite he held positions in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Materials Planning at GE Health Care Systems. Jim has a BS in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
