Randy Dojutrek , Executive Director Resource Development, Healthcare Services Corporation

With an IT career spanning 25 years across multiple disciplines, Randy Dojutrek has learned one thing: people are far more complex that anything technology has to offer, with success or failure increasingly reliant on the leadership, development, and deployment of individuals and teams. The modern IT leader must operate outside the traditional comfort zone of service delivery to become part psychologist, logistician, teacher, negotiator, and organizational engineer, understanding that successful sourcing now starts from the individual on up.
