Technology Leaders Circle Luncheon

For Senior IT and Technology Leadership

Leading the Shift to the Customer Centric - Digital Experience

While the shift to the to the Digital Enterprise is now assumed - success in that shift is not a guarantee.  A recent survey by Accenture of companies who invested heavily in new technologies reveals that 55 percent of B2B companies experienced little, flat or negative growth.

The problem - according to that same report - is that companies are still choosing technology first, then fitting it to the customer, versus a more comprehensive strategy of creating a multi-channel customer experience.  In many companies an new customer model must be created!

In this important session, we'll learn how area CIOs and Technology Leaders are driving the change to a more customer-centric "digital" experience and producing real gains for their companies.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • How area leaders are identifying their customer's digital experience and making a positive impact
  • The Role of the CIO, CTO, Chief Innovation Officer/Chief Digital Officer and their departments in driving this change
  • Strategies for understanding your Customers Digital Experience and their needs
  • How to identify the digital intensity of your different types of customers
  • Development processes and structures that allow you to react in a responsive fashion to gain the trust and support of the business.
