Mohan M. Shukla, PMP is Vice President, ITO Governance for Information Resources Inc., which provides analytics and BI solutions to the world's leading CPG, retail and healthcare companies. He leads transformation and change initiatives for IT services serving global customers, partners and internal users. His approach to coping with fast-paced technology changes while implementing a global sourcing model integrating diverse business and financial interests is based on 360-degree engagement which includes all stakeholders. Previously he led change initiatives at 3Com and Navistar International in the areas of technology processes, quality and leadership. He is a certified Six Sigma Champion, ITIL and Leadership Coach. He also leads workshops and seminars in leadership techniques and engagement strategies. Mohan is also the author of the book Transformation through Yogic Consciousness.

Bill Driegert is the Chief Innovation Officer and founding team member of Coyote Logistics, one of the fastest growing logistics companies in North America. He has the freedom to continually improve and re-imagine Coyote’s products and technology platform and set his team of researchers and developers loose on challenging problems. Driegert ensures that Coyote has a portfolio of technology initiatives on the roadmap that can drive both step function and truly disruptive changes across the enterprise. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business from SMU, a Masters of Engineering in Logistics from MIT, and an MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business. Prior to Coyote Driegert held multiple technical and managerial roles within Pepsico's supply chain organization. He is also a member of the CMAP (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning) Regional Freight Leadership Task Force, a partnership between industry and local government to create a unified voice to champion regional freight policy.

Lisa has over 25 years of experience within the financial institution industry and is currently the Vice President, Corporate Project Management at Standard Bank & Trust Co., Hickory Hills, IL. She has been with this organization for 11 years and is responsible for managing large corporate initiatives as well as strategic planning for the organization. Her prior experience includes relationship management within the banking division of EDS. Ms. Brumbaugh is a PMP and a member of the Chicago Chapter of the Project Management Institute. She has a BA in Psychology from Illinois College, an MBA from DePaul University and Certification in Project Management Strategy from the Graham School at The University of Chicago.

Jason’s focus includes the architecture, engineering and operations of Classified Ventures’ network, storage, communication &collaboration tools, virtualization, telephony, and data center services. Additionally, he provides technical services to CV’s online businesses – Apartments.com, Cars.com, and its sister company, HomeFinder.com. He is responsible for building teams, establishing an engaging culture and developing team members to ultimately provide sustainable results for the business. O’Sullivan has extensive experience in technical operations, infrastructure engineering, customer service, operations and data security.

has been responsible for managing PSC's Chicago area operations since 2008. John has extensive experience in leading consulting organizations and providing solutions to clients. John first became involved with collaboration technologies as he created the first use of Lotus Notes at Bank of America. He then moved to Xpedior, Inc, where, as the Global Practice Leader - Enterprise Portals and Knowledge Management, he worked closely with senior executives to provide strategic guidance on e-Business, Enterprise Portal / Knowledge Management and many initiatives.Since joining PSC in 2004, John led the Enterprise Applications and the Advisory Services practices before taking on his current role of Vice President of Operations. As a Partner of the PSC, John oversees all aspects of our Chicago operation. He has been extensively involved in the creation of our Five Points of Excellence program and has helped lead the organization through a phase of steady and consistent growth.
