    Douglas Hegley has worked at the intersection of digital technology and culture heritage since 1997, after previous stints in higher education and pediatric research. During 14 years at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, he helped create collaborative technology operations and deliver engaging digital content. In 2011 he joined the Minneapolis Institute of Art as Chief Digital Officer, where he sets the vision and strategy for all technology and digital efforts in order to delight customers. Mr. Hegley has been recognized as a leader in the field and has served on several boards and committees, including the Minnesota Association of Museums, the Museum Computer Network (president in 2011), and the Arts and Culture Commission for the City of Edina, MN.

His passion is to convert broad business vision into implementable strategy and create a time bound program roadmap to realize the goals.  He has successfully impacted topline and bottom line performance for multiple corporations in the outsourcing, business services and technology industry. He has consistent success building innovative data products and processes from the ground up. He is currently leading the Operations and Technology Strategy in United Health Group.

    Tammylynne Jonas is a digital and technology executive with almost 20 years of experience in publicly traded, customer-facing environments. She is skilled at designing technology strategies that solve real-world business problems and increase shareholder value. Tammylynne is currently the CIO for Holiday Stationstores in MN. Holiday Stationstores is a $4B petroleum and c-store business with 520 locations. Holiday was acquired by Couche Tard in December 2017. Tammylynne is a Senior Director on the Global IT team. Prior to Holiday, Tammylynne spent 15 years at Kohl’s Department Stores. Tammylynne was responsible for the strategy and planning efforts for Kohl’s digital and omnichannel roadmaps. In addition, she had responsibilities for building the company’s loyalty, customer service and digital payment programs. Tammylynne serves on the Board of Directors for the Northrop Auditorium at the University of Minnesota, and volunteers for Dress for Success. Tammylynne holds an Executive MBA in International Business from Marquette University, and she has undergraduate degrees in Mathematics, English and Spanish. In 2015, she was named a “40 Under 40” award winner by the Milwaukee Business Journal. In 2017, she was named “Young Alumna of the Year” by Marquette University.

    Chris leads the Digital Experience team at Allina Health, focusing on custom website, API and mobile app development.  Chris’ background includes ecommerce, data management, and business intelligence roles at organizations such as Target Corporation, Macy’s, and Marshall Field’s.  Chris focuses on how to simplify the healthcare experience using digital tools that are connected to the entire consumer experience.  Chris lives in the Twin Cities and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.

    Jim Haar is a respected Silicon Valley executive, with a successful record in a variety of roles with leading area firms: Google, Hewlett-Packard / Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Veritas, BEA Systems Inc., Blue Coat Systems, Sun Microsystems, Compaq Computer Corp.
    Today at Google Cloud, Jim is delivering strategic digital transformation programs for large accounts. As part of the Apigee API management business unit, Jim and others help large enterprise see the path to digitization and API-first platforms.
    At HP/HPE Jim was most recently VP of Global Solution Architecture. In this capacity Jim led presales (technical sales) strategy worldwide. At HPE, prior to that Jim was VP of Presales for Global Accounts. In that role he leveraged his experience as an enterprise CIO by leading a specialized team of senior technologists. In 2014, 2015 and 2016 Jim’s technical sales team delivered the top sales results world-wide, handily exceeding sales targets in each year – double digit over performance on sates targets over $4 Billion.
    Before HP/HPE, Jim served as a CIO at BEA Systems (acquired by Oracle) and Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec). At BEA Systems Inc., the $1.6B maker of enterprise middleware based in San Jose CA, Jim led the Oracle-BEA acquisition merger. Oracle purchased BEA for $8.6B in early 2008. At BEA, Jim’s other roles included Executive Integration Officer, and General Manager of the Licensing Business Unit.
    Jim has also led large IT organizations at Sun Microsystems and Compaq Computer Corp.
    Jim Haar holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from UCLA, and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management, Corporate Finance and Economics from the University of Southern California where he graduated top of class.
