    Aaron Shaver, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer, US Signal Company

    Aaron Shaver, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, leads US Signal’s long-term technology vision, and is responsible for strategic customer partnerships, university collaboration, industry thought leadership and advanced technical solutions.
    Prior to joining US Signal, Aaron served as the Executive Director of Information Management for Spectrum Pennock Health Services. He has also lead research and development for US Signal, establishing the MPLS, Carrier Ethernet and Cloud practices.  Aaron has a 20-year background in telecommunications, data center design and information security.
    Aaron holds a doctorate in information assurance and computer science and a Master of Science in Information Security.  His research focused on enterprise disaster recovery and mitigation.​

    John F. “Jack” Maher II, MSIS, PMP is currently Director, IT Process Management and Methodology Leader at Nationwide Insurance and lead author of “Standing On Shoulders: A Leader’s Guide to Digital Transformation”, available later this year from Simon & Schuster. “Standing On Shoulders” provides senior leaders with information at the right level to help them wrap their heads around the breadth of topics usually addressed individually by technology authors with a coherent overview of Digital Transformation.  Providing strategic insights and information needed for business cases, and to “sell the board”.  “Shoulders” starts with “Why”, explores “What”, and suggests “How” for small, medium, and large organizations; including an overview of the tools and technologies at an architectural level.  It also includes Appendices with How To guidance on several key activities needed to be successful; such as a lightweight innovation model and value stream mapping, with direct access to resources for execution.

    Mike Rosello, SVP; Chief Information Officer, Alliance Data Card Services

    Mike supports the technology and infrastructure demands of the fast-growth Card Services business. His areas of responsibility include technology and network infrastructure, capability development, information security, project management, and IT governance. Mike has more than 20 years of experience managing technology systems in the financial services industry. He came to Alliance Data in 2009 from JPMorgan Chase, where he supported consumer banking, home, auto, and education loan business units as the VP of Infrastructure and Architecture. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Mike managed Technology Strategy and Architecture with Deloitte Consulting and held multiple leadership roles with IBM Global Services.

    Mike earned his Master's in Information Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is an active participant in the CIO Executive Council.

       

    Justin Hooper, Former Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Cardinal Health

    Justin has over 20 years of experience with both hands on and management of various IT teams and technologies. 
    As the head of Infrastructure Services for a Fortune 15 company, Justin oversaw both traditional datacenter and external cloud infrastructure for over 600 locations globally.  This included accountability for the successful deployment of all projects as well as meeting the SLAs put in place with the business.  Recently Justin oversaw Cardinal Health’s development of internal cloud and its movement to both AWS and GCP.  Cardinal’s infrastructure team was also on the leading edge of implementing software defined WAN and storage technologies.  In addition to traditional infrastructure, Justin’s team included service management and client systems engineering teams for the enterprise.  Prior to overseeing Infrastructure Services, Justin held the role of VP of International EIT Shared services, enabling Cardinal Health expansion in to multiple countries.  Throughout his career Justin has had the opportunity to manage the majority of the company’s infrastructure teams through various director rotations as well as the PMO and portfolio management team.
    Justin holds a degree in international business administration from Otterbein University.
