TOP 10 Pitfalls You Can Avoid When Re-Inventing Your Business/Disaster Recovery Program
- Biff L. Myre

73% of companies surveyed in 2014 scored themselves as failing in Disaster Readiness! Over 20% reported having critical application and data center outages of several hours to multiple days with actual costs to their organizations ranging between $50,000 to $5 million dollars. Of the ones that have BC/DR programs, only 1/3rd exercised them with 65% of those failing to pass their own DRE test metrics!!

Clearly, something is majorly wrong with the time and investment continuum. If only we could go back to change our approach for the future of BC/DR/Availability?  Maybe a guy named Biff can help take us ‘back to the future’ in 2015?  He’s seen the good, bad and ugly in over 2 decades of HA, DR, BC, Resiliency and is here today for a limited-time to pass on his TOP 10 LIST of what not to do… again.
