He has worked in a wide area of industries in development, enterprise application deployment, project / engagement management, integrations, global architecture design, single global instance planning, off-shore augmentation, high availably, disaster recovery, infrastructure virtualization, backup & recovery and data center co-location. He has worked in consulting and professional services for the fortune 500 and is currently responsible for Zebra Technology's IT infrastructure, integrations, database administration, enterprise system administration and disaster recovery.

Sanil Mooken is the Director of IT at Generation Brands (GB). He has been with GB since 2003 and has worked in different roles on Network side as well as ERP side. In his current role, he is responsible for managing all the IT Operations and projects including Infrastructure, Network & Email Servers, Oracle JD Edwards ERP application, along with IT Strategy, Planning, Budgets etc. In the recent years, he created the IT Strategy to better position the organization for growth, change and DR. He works with peers from other organizations on sharing ideas and best practices on projects.

Tom is currently the Director of Computing at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott, a position he has held for the last 19 years. He has been certified in most of the current Microsoft technologies and in some computer security areas. Mr. Mensch was an early proponent of "cloud" computing and continues to use the cloud to operate the Firm. The Firm uses a variety of solutions to meet its disaster recovery and business continuity needs. Tom is currently exploring cloud based telephony solutions and their integration with UC paradigms. In addition to working with the Firm's technology problems, Mr Mensch is often called upon to consult on client's technology challenges. Tom has a bachelors degree in music education and 27 years experience in desktop and client server computing.
