  Robert Karsten, Vice President, Applications Development, Hub Group, Inc.
Robert is a Technology Practice Leader with over 15 years of experience in the technology services industry. He has managed organizations in package software development, custom software, and advanced technology consulting. During his eight-year tenure in consulting, he was involved in teaching project management science and building project based consulting methods. Robert holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
Mark Friedgan, CashNetUSA Mark Friedgan, CIO, CashNetUSA Mark oversees all technology for CashNetUSA and manages more than 70 people in six departments.  Previously he served as Senior Vice President of Research & Development responsible for the construction of CashNetUSA’s current software architecture based around Ruby and Rails. Prior to joining the company, Mark ran a consulting company focusing on start-ups and effective technology in large companies for clients including CDW, CCC Information Services, Product Animations, VideoSave and Mountain West Travel.

With over 20 years of technology and project management experience in the consulting, banking, internet and healthcare industries, Mr. Peckham specializes in implementing sustaining project management methodologies.  His experience includes leading development and infrastructure projects and programs, establishing and leading Project Management Offices, and developing and leading training sessions.  By integrating project processes with portfolio management, service delivery frameworks and other operational processes, he exposes opportunities to help improve and maintain a company-wide focus on business objectives.
