Ray is responsible for technology planning and computer system management and administration. He instructs disaster recovery, business continuity and information security management in the Information Technology and Management program and serves as curriculum coordinator for IIT's Information Technology & Management (ITM) degrees. He has taught Computer Science and Business at IIT, and also taught at the University of Chicago.

Recently, he has implemented a Security Program that will help Hospira identify, assess, and mitigate risk within information technology in a way that aligns with Hospira’s business goals and its risk tolerance.

Arlene has worked in Information Security for over 20 years as consultant, educator and hands-on practitioner.  Her consulting experience in the Technology Risk group of a major accounting firm allowed her to help clients of varied sizes  in numerous industries assess and design their information protection architecture, policies and processes.  Today, Arlene leads DePaul's Information Security and Business Continuity initiatives. She also teaches Information Security at the University of Chicago's Masters of Computer Science program.
